Specifications and schedules of work can be developed in accordance with your requirements and in-line with the agreed project budget. This will allow the building contractor to accurately cost the job ensuring that the required quality of materials and workmanship are understood. These drawing will then be used during the construction process.
We will use our extensive industry contacts to ensure that suitable contractors are carefully selected to tender for the building work. A strict and thorough assessment procedure will be carried out on all contractors to ensure that the best value for money is achieved.
Suitable contracts will be put in place with building contractors prior to commencement of work on site. This will form the basis of a legally binding contract and confirm agreed costs and timescales.
We act as your eyes and ears on site. We ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standard and in full accordance with the specification.
We will monitor construction materials and standards of workmanship as well as ensuring that the project remains on schedule & budget. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
